Concentration of Purpose with #PatientEngagement

On this 4th of July, when both Gettysburg and Vicksburg battles were ended, I would like to quote General Sherman.  “A bulky staff implies a division of responsibility, slowness of action, and indecision, whereas a small staff implies activity and concentration of purpose.”

Dawn, my nurse, is fantastic and “obsessive compulsive good”, but at her fingertips resides the dual monitored computer with the schedule, electronic record, Updox managing e-faxes/secure messages, telephone and scanner.

Everything intersects through her work space, she manages quite well, and the technology has given her the tools to work smarter and better.

Patient satisfaction has never been better in 21 years of practice, and on this Independence Day Celebration, I wish you all a safe and happy day!
